When your application and required verifications are all completely submitted the N.Q.H.R staff will only need 24-48 hours to complete your new certificate of registration or membership (this does not include shipping time). We pride ourselves on quality and speed. We understand you do not want to wait months for your certificate! The general mailing time till you receive your certificate or membership packet once it is completed is 4-10 days within the United States, and up to 4 weeks overseas.

REQUIRED BY ALL HORSES:

•   Three name choices

•   Gender

•   Height

•   Coloring of Body, eyes, tail, mane, points (ears, legs), skin.

•   All white markings, Brands, Scars, Identifying markings.

•   Name and contact information for person purchased from

•   Any pedigree/parentage information available (Not required Section B-D)

  REQUIRED FOR SECTION A HORSES (Plus all of the above):

•   Foaling date

•   Breeder (Person who owned mare at breeding)

•   Owner at foaling (if different than breeder)

•   Sire and Dams pedigrees

These forms may be printed and filled out at your leisure, and be submitted via mail, email, or fax.
